PsychoFest 2009 in Valparaiso, Chile

If anyone reading this has ever been to Valparaiso, Chile then they know how special this assignment became to me.
Valparaiso, Chile is a famous port city south of Santiago, the capital of Chile. It was Pablo Neruda’s home for a while as well.
While working for VIA X during the month of February, I found out about a Psychobilly Festival that was going to be the first of its kind in in Chile, South America.
